Kevin had a long career in the Australian public sector at the State level and was a pioneer in the development of computerising land services. He adapted this experience and become a consultant to assist other governments to design, develop and implement land registration, property taxation and property valuation systems. More specifically, Kevin’s expertise lies in the definition and implementation of land information management policies and procedures including data catalogues, custodianship, sale of data, copyright, data sharing and metadata.
